This one has born out of my crazy, food loving mind

I am Rahul Patil, loves to cook and has never dying passion towards food.

You will love this recipe once it gets into mouth pallet.


Chicken/Chick Peas –
4-5 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon – ginger paste
4-5 cashew nuts
4-5 almonds
Grind Cashew-almonds together and make fine paste.
2 teaspoon Cumin/Coriander powder
2 teaspoon red chilli powder- add less or more, depending upon how spicy you want
3-4 cloves
3-4 cardamoms
A pinch of Nutmeg, Star Anise – don’t add too much otherwise it will overwhelm the taste of gravy
Ghee, use as much as you want, only if you are not on diet.
3-4 tablespoon Curd-Yogurt
 Mix all the above ingredients together thoroughly
If you are using Chick Peas- soak them overnight and then cook 5 minutes before mixing with ingredients
Turn the gas on and allow the mix to cook for 5 minutes –don’t cook it over 5 minutes
Turn the gas Low and add a cup of water, add more water if u need more gravy.
Put the lid on, Cook the mix for 45 minutes
Serve with coriander and lemon.
